Shipping & delivery

We deliver to every serviceable pincode in India through our courier partners. We don't ship outside India.

Orders paid online leave our Ahmedabad factory within 1–2 working days. For cash on delivery, we call you to confirm the order first; confirmed orders leave within 1–2 working days.

Delivery then takes 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode. Large or remote deliveries can take a little longer; we'll tell you on the confirmation call.

You get the tracking details by SMS when your order is dispatched.

Delivery charges depend on your pincode and the size and weight of the box.

When you pay online, the charge for your pincode is shown at checkout and paid with your order.

For cash on delivery, we tell you the exact amount on the confirmation call, before anything is dispatched. If you don't want to go ahead, we cancel the order at no cost.

Racks ship flat-packed in one slim box with an assembly guide. Ladders arrive fully assembled. Lockers, almirahs and cabinets arrive ready to use.

Please check the box when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps): call +91 63563 51654 (Mon–Sat · 10 am–7 pm) or email info@blueboyindustries.com. We replace damaged parts or products at no cost.
